5 tips for Better Physique.

If you are tired of being overweight or daily jogging and boring sessions of cardio didn't help you then following tips will definately help you.

1. Strength Training: Strength training is far better then slow intensity cardio even if your aim is too loose those extra pounds. You will be able to add some muscle leading to better body composition. A good analogy would be to compare physique of a distant runner and sprinter. You should only be doing big exercises like squats and deadlift, curls and kickbacks wouldn't contribute much toward your physique. The same rule apply for both Men and women there shouldn't be no reason why women should shy away from strength training.

2. Nutrition : You can spend n numbers of hours in gym but it wouldn't effect your physique much if you do not watch the food you are eating. Instead of eating 3 big meals you would be better off with consuming 6-8 small meals through out the day. you should make of constant effort for eating protein with every meal and limiting the amount of carbs through sugars and grains.

3. Lifestyle change: Good Physique is all about lifestyle change, A constant effort should be made for improving your lifestyle like planning all your meals well in advance, preparing food in home rather than eating out in restaurants and never missing a planned workout.

4. Stop Complaining about time: All you need is bare minimum 45 minutes 3 times a week to get in good shape, now do not say you don't have that much time to spare.

5. Reading : Reading some kind of fitness article few times a week could be very vital in providing information to make your workout even more productive, also reading through other people success stories will keep you motivated.

Welcome To The Machine

"Welcome my son, welcome to the machine.
Where have you been? its alright we know where you have been.
You have been in the pipeline, filling in time, provided with toys and scouting for boys."

I would like to welcome you all to my blog with these memorable words from Pink Floyd. I am greatly intrigued by the fact that how in few words they have expressed these facts about life and that too in a straight forward manner. This blog is not dedicated to Pink Floyd but its my wish that I could express myself in such clear and straight forward manner.

I would be posting various things which are of interest to me and hopefully you would like this stuff.
